|Recommended: YesNice place to live, but trouble communicating with office staff — The apartments themselves are nice. They are not the most updated, but they're comfortable and clean and definitely not falling apart. The grounds are kept well and the community is very quiet. For the location, it is so nice to be in it's own community and fairly peaceful. The only problem I have really struggled with a lot is the leasing office. They recently switched management, which apparently happens frequently, and ever since then I cannot get ahold of anyone in the office any time I call. The emergency maintenance number is just the leasing office number so you cannot get any help that way, either. When you finally reach a person, they are nice enough, but I actually get a real person maybe 1 out of every 5 times I call, and I don't actually call very often. Overall it's a nice community to live in as long as you don't need any assistance or maintenance, but if you need to reach somebody it becomes really difficult.

|Recommended: YesRiverwalk Apts — I've lived here for 3 years. For the price, its fine. The walls are kind of thin unfortunately, and you can hear the neighbors TV or what sounds like someone trying to cough up their lungs at all hours. The pool when its open is nice to have. The fitness room was nice but has been closed for almost a year due to COVID, which stinks since every other gym has been open for months. The Maint crew USED to clean up outside and down the hallways but they haven't in a while. When I moved in I was told that every year I renewed I would either get my carpets cleaned or window blinds replaced, my choice and I have only had my carpets cleaned once. They seem to have given up on that thank you for renewing. We have new owners now, and so far I'm not sure how things will go but time will tell. Some rules are different and more strict, and kinda silly but, all in all, its decent and as long as it doesn't flood I've never had issues. I don't mind living here and have no plans on moving anytime soon.

|Recommended: YesI've been here three years and I have enjoyed it — The property is well kept the staff is helpful. Any issues I've had in my unit were taken care of immediately. The property still has flooding issues, but with the work done on the property it has gotten so much better.

|Recommended: YesA fine place — Apartment is fine to live in. It does provide a roof over my head. I would love if the ceiling was insulated with sound proof foam though, but a man can dream.
