Formerly named Salem Ridge Apartments, the Riverwalk’s new management is working hard to improve the area for the future by working with federal, state and local governments to reduce the effects of river flooding. The Army Corps of Engineers has already made some improvements to reduce flooding at the apartments. We expect these improvements to continue as we work with these agencies.

Our vision is to create a place that you want to come home to at the end of the day, a place to put your feet up and rest, or a place to get outside and play. We want every person who lives at The Riverwalk at Salem to feel a sense of pride in their community, and to get to know their neighbors. Here, we live by The Golden Rule: “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.” With an attitude of treating everyone fairly, our hope for the future is that The Riverwalk at Salem will not just be a place to live, but it will be a place you want to be.
