To make your application process as convenient and easy as possible, Riverwalk offers our complete application right here on our website.
Once your application is printed out and completed in full, you may bring it by our office or fax it in for processing. To fax your application, please fax to 540-389-4495. If you would rather bring it by our office or mail it, please drop the application at 1650 Lancing Dr. #55 - Salem, VA 24153.
